Shipping and returns

All latex items are sent out talc’ed to prevent them from sticking together during shipping.

As all items are made to measure so please note that there will be a minimum 4-6 weeks’ production time, plus the time it takes to ship and delivery your order.

Ready to ship orders are usually shipped within 3 working days.
If you need the item faster than this, then please do let me know and I try and get it out to you as soon as possible.

All customs fees are cover by the customer.

Shipping

All orders sent within the UK are usually shipped via courier and take up to 3-5 working days to arrive. Once an order has been despatched you will receive a confirmation email along with all tracking information.

For orders within the Europe/EU delivery will generally take 1-2 weeks.

For international orders (USA, Asia and Australia) delivery can be 2-4 weeks+.

These times are only approximate and are completely dependent on the courier and custom but generally they do anyway fall within the brackets listed.

GPSR
Since the EU has introduced new import regulations regarding product safely, I am now unable to post to any EU countries. As a small business, this is devastating but as a one women business, I do not have the time and cost involved to make this happen. Hopefully the UK will work out a special deal soon. Unfortunately this also mean that I cannot ship to Northern Ireland as well.

RETURNS:

All items apart form a few “Ready to ship” items are made to measure, so it is very important that the correct measurements are provided to ensure the items fit perfectly. If you have questions about taking measurements, then you can visit our sizing guide page or contact me if you need further advice.

If there are any issues with an order, then please do contact us within 14 days of receiving it through. Return postage will need to be covered by the customer but we will be happy to make adjustments (within reason) if this is needed. We cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind, misread information as it is a tailormade item in your measurements and colour choice.

If you do have another issue or reason why you'd like to return an item, please don't hesitate to contact us. We must receive the items back within 2 weeks of written communication for the UK and within 3 weeks for EU and international orders.

Customers are expected to return the items packaged securely in immaculate condition. 

(undamaged, free from odour or any signs of usage). Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

The original shipping cost will not be refunded. Antidote reserves the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.
