If you would like to change or amend an order, then please get in contact with our team as soon as possible. We are happy to help but if we have already started making the garment, then we cannot simply cancel or amend the order.

Due to vast majority of orders being handmade and made to measure with in your own measurements, all sales are final.

On receiving your order, if there any issues with what you have received, you must report any issues within 14 days.

Any adjustments or manufacturing defects can be changed and/or replaced at no cost by Antidote Latex. We strive ourselves in giving excellent customer care so if you feel anything need to changed once you have tried on your items, then please email us.

As all items are handmade in your chosen colour scheme and measurements, the current production time is 4-6 weeks. Orders placed around Valentine’s Day, Halloween and Christmas can run up to 6-8 weeks production time depending on demand.

It is advisable to contact us first of you have a specific date or event that you need the items by, and we always try our upmost to ensure you get your order through in a timely fashion.

When purchasing items from our shop, we receive basic information you provide at the checkout such as your name, address, and contact information. This information is only used to communicate with you regarding your order and any further details required to fore fill your purchase. Your information will never be passed on to any 3rd parties unless we are legally obliged to do so.
